PICARD

Conception and renovation of a ground-floor apartment in a Brussels style building situated in Ixelles.

In this project, we have literally reversed all functions and moved the entry door. It allowed perspectives towards the courtyard, directly from the entry and from all living areas as well.

Openings in the wall between the main hallway and the living room also created interesting views, giving depth and a sense of space.

Floors have been covered with wood and Mortex, which one is also used on the kitchen bench and in the bathroom.
